外购件来料检验 
Incoming Inspection of Outsourced Components
所有外部采购零部件入库前，质检部门执行来料检测，核对规格、外观、电气性能。不合格物料直接拒收，从源头规避品质隐患，不允许不良件流入生产环节。
Before warehousing, all purchased components are inspected by our QC team to verify specifications, appearance and electrical performance. Non-conforming materials will be rejected directly to avoid quality risks at the source and prevent defective parts from entering production.

自制件精密机加工
Precision Machining of In-house Parts
自有机床车间完成外壳等核心零部件加工。依托数控设备精密切削、成型，严格按照图纸公差生产，每批次自制件完成加工后，首件送检 + 批次抽检，保证零件尺寸精度达标。
Our own machine shop manufactures core parts such as housings. CNC equipment is used for precision cutting and forming following drawing tolerances strictly. First article inspection and batch sampling are carried out for every batch after machining to ensure dimensional accuracy.流水线标准化组装
Standardized Assembly on Production Line
加工完成的自制件与检验合格外购件送入组装流水线。各工位分工有序，依次完成内部装配、线路连接、外壳压合，按作业指导书规范操作，每工位设置自检，及时发现装配瑕疵。
Machined in-house parts and qualified outsourced components are delivered to assembly lines. Each workstation has clear duties for motor assembly, wiring and housing fitting. Operators follow SOP strictly with station self-check to spot assembly defects timely.

半成品性能测试
Semi-finished Product Performance Test
组装半成品下线后，进行通电运行、噪音、动力稳定性等项目测试，剔除装配故障品，保证基础功能全部达标。
After semi-finished assembly, products will go through power-on test, noise test and power stability test to remove faulty units and ensure all basic functions work properly.

成品全项质检 
Full Inspection of Finished Goods
成品完成后进入终检环节：外观划痕检查、续航测试、开关可靠性、防水性能抽检。所有产品检测合格后方可打包入库。
Final QC covers appearance scratch check, battery life test, switch reliability and waterproof sampling. Only fully qualified products can be packed and stored.

成品仓储打包
Packing & Warehouse Storage
合格成品进行清洁、包装，入库登记，做好出货前保管，保障交付到客户手中的产品完好无损。
Qualified finished products are cleaned and packed with warehouse registration to ensure intact condition before shipment to customers.
